Excellent sales skills: must have persistence and dedication, with a winning attitude.
Strong communication skills: must be personable, articulate, and confident.
Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Previous Insurance and/or financial sales experience necessary.
Outside sales experience with direct client contact and expertise in relationship building are key components for success in the financial services and Insurance industry.
Qualifications
California Life and Disability Insurance license required
Minimum 2 years financial services/Insurance sales experience required
Proven production and track record required
Certified Financial Planner, Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 registrations desired
Strong sales results in investment products
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
